All of our pets are spayed/neutered, up to date with all vaccinations, heartworm tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Our adoption fee helps cover this cost. Adoption Fee: $ 130.00 A Little History Jasper was brought back to HALO because although he was excellent with his owners he would nip strangers and family members who would come to visit. He is an excellent dog once bonded to his family, loves to run and play, housetrained, loves to sleep on his bed next to you. He needs a home with an older couple, not a lot of ins and outs so he can feel comfortable that he does not need to be protective.
