Will also be interested in Southern Rocky Mountains Region, prefer similar price, but can work with cash difference, either up or down. I've lived in this 1700 sq. ft. Also has direct access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike and about 8 miles to the Beach and 40 miles directly north of Palm Beach, Florida. This is a Top Floor unit with Cathedral Ceilings, plus attic space both in the Condo and Garage. The price has been adjusted to consider the falling Real Estate market, please, I prefer not to look at units priced for the 2005, 2006 market, that's long gone, we've both gone through a hugh deprecation and if your serious about trading then maybe this could work, ready to retrier and hoping to try. The one kitchen picture is not of my unit, but same floor plan and I didn't have one so I used an old picture I found on the web.
